Customer Satisfaction is our priority at Jeans•Shirts•Khakis. In the event that an unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for full credit or exchange. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. For your convenience the exchange/returns form is enclosed with every purchase. Q. How soon will I receive my order?

A. We ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt. You should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days, if not sooner, depending upon the state in which you live. All deliveries are out of New Canaan, CT. If you need faster delivery, please choose one of our express services. Our delivery charges are listed below. Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped priority mail.

A. J•S•K products are carried through fine men’s retailers across the United States. Click here to find a retailer near you.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. J•S•K may require faxed copies of your credit card and/or driver’s license for the initial international order you place. This protects us from the risk of fraudulent orders and enables us to continue shipping internationally in the future. Overseas orders are shipped by Federal Express. Costs associated with this shipping method will be passed to you. In addition, J•S•K is not responsible for import taxes/charges that may be levied upon arrival of the J•S•K product in your country.
